1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
1.1. Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
1.2. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, except in documented emergency situations (see section 4).
1.3. No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled online consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling
2.1. You may request to reschedule your consultation once, at no additional cost, if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
2.2. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be denied or incur an additional fee.

3. Attorney-Initiated Cancellations
